It's not often that a deal this good comes along. If you have been putting off replacing your old windows the time has come.

If you live in the City of Ashland Oregon and you have electric heat you will almost certainly qualify for a rebate of $6.00 per square of replacement window. The window that qualifies for the 30% IRS Tax Credit will also qualify for the City of Ashland Rebate.

You will need to call the city and request an audit. That audit will inform you whether you also need to bulk up on your insulation or not. If you do it is a minor expense in comparison to the money you are about to receive.

Let's do some math. Let's say you have 150 sq ft of replacement window at a cost of $2000.00
