Indoor Air Redux

I just found out that the EPA is currently looking at whether regulatory or other action might be appropriate to protect against potential risks posed by formaldehyde emitted from certain pressed wood products.

With new homes being built tighter and tighter each year we need to be even more careful about the products we put inside our homes...and the homes of our children.

Our standard solid core molded doors are Masonite's "Safe 'N Sound" doors made with recycled wheat straw cores that contain no added urea formaldehyde. These doors cost no more than doors made with particle board, but:offer your customers healthier indoor air.

For applications where you may need to meet LEED or other green home guidelines we offer Masonite's "Safe 'N Sound" EMERALD doors. Made with the same recycled wheat straw cores they are also FSC Certified.
Both versions are available in all molded door styles you are familiar with: 2,4,5 & 6 panel styles as well as a Beaded Plank and Pseudo -Shaker 3 Panel.
