Our Mission:
To offer homeowners and contractors a large
selection of attractive and dependable windows and doors,
provide consistently high customer service and
to inspire our community towards
eco-friendliness.
Our History:
In 1984 we started as Superior Weatherization,
installing storm windows. It quickly became apparent
that our customers appreciated our Superior Service and were
in need of us expanding our product line to include windows,
and then doors. A few missteps along the way convinced us that
by only carrying the highest quality products would we be able
to meet our customers’ needs, and grow.
Although we started out servicing only homeowners, it did not
take long before builders, contractors and remodelers came to
us looking for our Superior Service. This made it
necessary for us to bring on moldings and hardware in order to
be their “one stop shop”.
Over the years we have strived to stay on top
of the changes in our industry. To accomplish this goal,
we carry more brands of windows and doors than any other local
dealer. We approach our business with passion,
enthusiasm and a commitment to continuous improvement with a
dedication to excellence in products and service. We
continually pursue new innovations in windows and doors
searching for the next great product for you.
In September 2009, during the worst economic recession in
decades, Superior Windows & Doors not only survived, but
expanded. We opened our new larger Medford Showroom.
This move allowed us to better serve the northern Rogue Valley
complementing our goal to offer the highest level of service. Our
Values:
Our values begin and end with honesty and integrity.
For
us service is not lip service. Why buy
from us?
You’ll see the
words “Going Green” mentioned in many places throughout this
site. Our President, Roy Cooper, is a founding member of
our
local branch of the U.S. Green Building Council, as well
as a member of the Jackson County Home Builders Association's
Green Building Task Force. We are concerned about the
planet we will leave for our children and grandchildren.
Please help us by building as green as you can afford.
We are here to help.
